Group coverage and ICHRA's
Many small business owners think offering health benefits is too expensive or too complicated. I help businesses with just a few employees find affordable group health insurance or use an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), which allows employers to contribute a set amount toward employees' individual health insurance. It's a flexible, tax-advantaged way to offer competitive benefits while controlling costs. My job is to simplify the process and help business owners find the option that fits their budget and their employees' needs.
